D. All aliases adopted by Ministry Of Danny Davis Online Community users are subject to approval by the Ministry and/or the Partners Association to ensure that the proper image is associated with the institution.

Neither the Ministry nor the Partners Association is responsible for screening communications in advance, and neither the Ministry nor the Partners Association will actively monitor the use of the Ministries Online Community. In no event shall the Partners Association, the Ministry or HC be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation, incidental, consequential or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use information or materials available on the Ministry of Houston Online Community web site. HC cannot and will not be responsible for any activity of a school, association or organization that results in a deviation from HC?s standard security measures. The Partners Association, Ministry and HC are not responsible for your use or inability to use the site.

By using the Ministries Online Community web site, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Partners Association, the Ministry, and HC, and their respective agents from and against any and all losses, claims, damages, costs and expenses that may arise from your use of the Ministries Online Community web site or your breach of these Terms of Use. The Partners Association and/or the Ministry will provide notice to you of any such action or claim, and reserves the right to participate, at its expense, in the investigation, settlement and defense of any such action or claim.
